Santon Grade ISO Grade ANSI Grade Performance & Applications
ST2410 P01~P15 C8~C6 PVD coating, gray black color. High red hardness and high toughness edge matrix, in combination with CrTiAIN coating. Especially suitable for high speed finishing of steel and cast steel.
ST2135 P25~P45 C6~C5 CVD coating, golden. Very high strength and toughness edge matrix, in optimal combination with TiC, AI2O3, TiN coating. A versatile grade for roughing of steel, especially for heavy-duty roughing of cast steel and forged steel.
ST2230 P20~P35 C6~C5 MT-CVD coating, golden. Special strength and toughness edge matrix, in optimal combination with TiC, TiCN, TiN coating. A versatile grade for machining of steel, suitable for general machining and roughing of steel and cast steel.
